Seller Terms & Conditions

These Seller Terms & Conditions ("Seller Terms") govern your registration and operation of a store on QuickFynd.com, owned and operated by Nilaas. By submitting a seller application or selling on QuickFynd, you agree to these Seller Terms, the Seller Privacy Policy, and all related platform policies.
1. Eligibility & registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate store name, contact, address, GST (if applicable), and business details.
- Store approval is at QuickFynd's sole discretion. Pending, approved, or rejected status may apply.
- You are responsible for keeping your seller account credentials secure.
2. Store & product obligations
- You are solely responsible for product authenticity, quality, pricing, stock, and descriptions.
- Listings must be lawful and must not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.
- Prohibited, counterfeit, hazardous, or restricted items may not be sold.
- You must fulfil orders on time and maintain adequate inventory.
- False listings, non-delivery, or repeated customer complaints may lead to suspension or termination.
3. QuickFynd commission rates
QuickFynd charges a category-based commission on eligible sales. Current rates:

- Commission is calculated on the applicable sale value as defined by QuickFynd (typically order item value before or after taxes as communicated in payouts).
- QuickFynd may revise commission rates with notice via email, seller dashboard, or this page.
- Additional fees (payment gateway, shipping, returns, or logistics) may apply separately where applicable.
4. Orders, shipping & returns
- You must process and ship orders within the timelines set by QuickFynd.
- You must honour valid returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations under QuickFynd buyer policies.
- Return warehouse / pickup addresses you provide must be accurate and serviceable.
- RTO, customer returns, and related charges may be deducted from payouts as applicable.
5. Payments & payouts
- Payouts are made after deducting QuickFynd commission and any applicable fees, penalties, or refunds.
- QuickFynd may hold or adjust payouts for disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, GST compliance, and invoicing obligations.
6. Platform rights
- QuickFynd may review, approve, reject, edit, or remove listings.
- QuickFynd may suspend or terminate seller accounts for breach of these Seller Terms or applicable law.
- QuickFynd may update these Seller Terms; continued selling after updates constitutes acceptance.
7. Liability
You agree to indemnify QuickFynd / Nilaas against claims arising from your products, listings, fulfilment failures, tax non-compliance, or infringement of third-party rights. QuickFynd is a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for seller product defects except as required by law.
